LUNAIE
CHARDONNAY IGT DELLE VENEZIE.
Lunaie, a Chardonnay, has a distinctive personality. The vines that
produce the grapes for Lunaie grow on sandy soils that enhance
the aroma of the grape variety. The traditional vinification
process for white wine is used, with brief skin-contact and partial
fermentation in barrels. The unique blend of this Chardonnay
wine is achieved through a careful selection of small lots of
grape, chosen for their ripeness and refined varietal
characteristics. Area of origin: Le Venezie. Grape variety: Chardonnay. Soil type: Sandy soils which helps to bring out the aroma of the grape.
